  1. What's the fastest way to receive my order?

  1. During the order process you can choose to have your order e-mailed to you, or mailed to you by the U.S. Postal Service. Choose the e-mail option.


  1. What happens if I cancel my order?

  1. Banks charge to perform any credit card transactions, including order cancellations. As such, we must recover our transaction costs on canceled orders by charging 7% to customers that reverse or cancel their orders.

    It is sometimes possible to cancel an order between the time the order has cleared and the time the funds are transferred. In these cases, GBS will not levy a transaction fee.


  1. I ordered hours ago, but I haven't received my PINs by e-mail yet. When will I receive them?

  1. Order fulfillment to new e-mail addresses may be delayed because we have to verify the order. On weekdays this can take between two minutes and 4 hours and on weekends this can take as long as 12 hours.

    But, orders to verified e-mail addresses are filled immediately.


  1. To what e-mail address do I transfer PayPal payments?

  1. All payments can be transferred to 

    Note that we only fill orders that come through our order system, so please do not send a PayPal payment without also using our order system. Sending only a PayPal payment and a note may delay your order as long as a week.


  1. I order on a regular basis. Is there some way I can avoid having to re-enter my name, address, etc. every time I order?

  1. Of course! During your first order, GBS stores your contact information (name, address, etc.) so that every time you re-visit our order page, all your information is already filled in. The only thing you need to do is choose is a card and fill in your credit card number. (We do not store credit card numbers for security reasons.)
